Public Health Order 2021.05.15 - Vaccine Certificates (Amended)

Effective Immediately

New guidelines from the CDC say that fully vaccinated individuals need not wear a mask. To facilitate these guidelines Public Health hereby amends its prior May 6th, 2011 Order to remove reference to the right hand and replace it with the right cheek. This will ensure that the official CVD VI VI VI tattoo is clearly visible on anyone not wearing a mask.
