Representative Democracy

People keep talking about a debate last night, but I did not see any such thing. I saw two people behaving like children in a school yard.

Of course, I understand why some might confuse this for a debate given that type of behavior is now commonplace in our public square. We want someone to represent the American people, but then complain when they are representative of us.
