Why There is a Worker Shortage

APPLICANT: I have my degree in Underwater Basketweaving; and I want a six figure salary, my own dedicated assistant, a private office when at work, the flexibility to work remote at least three days a week, flexible hours, unlimited PTO, full benefits (medical, dental, and vision), and a snack allowance for those days when I am not in the office.
