What a Waste

Customer Service (Actual Human Being!): I know that we wasted 15 minutes of your time trying to get through our automated phone tree; that we wasted another 20 minutes of your time while you waited on hold to speak with a human being; then wasted 5 minutes of your time asking the same questions that you already answered in the automated system before we put you on hold for another 20 minutes. Now that you are speaking to me to resolve your issue, let me waste another 15 minutes of your time explaining why we have now wasted over an hour of your time.
