BY ORDER OF PUBLIC HEALTH
Effective retroactively to 1/1/1999
Yesterday Public Health issued new mask guidelines to clear up confusion but only confused some others. Public Health would like to clarify its previous order and hereby issue this amended and clarified order to clear up any confusion on the confusion.
These new guidelines are retroactive to January 1, 1999.
1. Nobody should not wear a mask except for when they should or should not and then only under those circumstances when they might want to but should not or do not want to but probably should for their own benefit or for the benefit of others or for nobody's benefit at all but just because.
2. When you feel like you should wear a mask, you probably do not need to, but wear one anyway so that people around you feel comfortable and do not give you dirty looks,
3. When you feel that you do not need to wear a mask you probably should so that people around you feel comfortable and do not give you dirty looks.
It's all about the science.
Thank you for your cooperation.
